1 General Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the tx999 platform and its users ("member" or "you"). By accessing the tx999 website or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Management

To open an account at tx999, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being cancelled.

Maintaining the security of your account is your own responsibility. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change, you are required to notify tx999's support team without delay. tx999 is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.4 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

If the same person creates more than one account, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

tx999 processes transactions only through mobile financial services available in Bangladesh. Our accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500.
• The deposit account must be registered in your own name.
• After a successful deposit, your account is usually credited within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at tx999 are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Maximum bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳37,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus received applies. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If bonus misuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the account will be cancelled along with the bonus and any associated winnings.
• tx999 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion at any time.

6 Gameplay & Fair Play Rules
